A 2.6 mile ride along NYC’s premier Open Street: 34th Avenue.

The 7th Annual Ride with Santa will be held on December 4th at 11:30 am. Ride with Santa is hosted by Ciclistas Latinoamericanos de NY with the support of the 34 Avenue Open Streets Coalition. Santa leads the ride with a merry mix of reindeer and elves. Costumes and bike decorations are whole-heartedly encouraged but remember there is only one Santa! All ages are welcome and this ride is geared so whole families can ride together. We will meet early at 10:30am to decorate our bicycles. We will have garland and tinsel on hand. Our meeting point will be on 34th Avenue’s latest plaza at 93 Street just recently inaugurated by the NYC Department of Transportation.
Each year the Ride with Santa attracts more parents, kids and residents. This year we expect about 200 participants. The ride is free and open to all. We kick off from 93 Street and 34 Avenue at 11:30am. We will bicycle on New York City’s largest open street: 34th Avenue to 69th Street and back to the 93 Street plaza where we will have hot chocolate on hand.

El 7º Paseo Anual con Santa Claus se llevará a cabo el 4 de diciembre a las 11:30 am. El tour de bicicletas con Santa Claus es organizado por Ciclistas Latinoamericanos de NY con el apoyo de 34th Avenue Open Streets Coalition. Santa Claus lidera el viaje con una alegre mezcla de renos y duendes. Se recomiendan de todo corazón los disfraces y las decoraciones de bicicletas, ¡pero recuerda que solo hay un Santa Claus! Todas las edades son bienvenidas y este paseo está orientado para que familias enteras puedan viajar juntas. Nos reuniremos temprano a las 10:30 am para decorar nuestras bicicletas. Tendremos guirnalda y materiales para decorar a mano. Nuestro punto de encuentro será en la última plaza de la Avenida 34 en la calle 93 recientemente inaugurada por el Departamento de Transporte de la Ciudad de Nueva York.
Cada año, el Paseo en bicicleta con Santa Claus atrae a más padres, niños y residentes. Este año esperamos unos 200 participantes. El paseo es gratuito y abierto a todos. Comenzamos desde la 93rd Street y 34th Avenue a las 11:30 am. Continuaremos con el recorrido en bicicleta, por la calle abierta más grande de la ciudad de Nueva York: la Avenida 34 hasta la Calle 69 y regresaremos a la plaza de la Calle 93, donde tendremos chocolate caliente para los asistentes.
