For the fifth consecutive summer, crowds descend on the Bryant Park lawn for free performances of what would otherwise be high-priced, sought-after tickets. New Yorkers won’t have to go far or spend much to experience the best the city has to offer in terms of live performances. Not in NYC? Not a problem, select shows will be available to stream at BryantPark.org. This year’s acts feature the most diverse collection of performers yet, ranging from classic orchestras to gamelan, dance, and a special evening with three-time Grammy Award winning jazz vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant.
