Empanadas and Bomba Night

Come experience an authentic celebration of Afro-Puerto Rican and Caribbean culture at Samsung 837 during the 17th annual Latin American Cultural Week. The event is free and open to the public, and will feature empanadas from Bronx-based empanaderia Empanology, Yave tequila, spoken word, along with live DJ sets and Bomba dance performances.

Samsung 837 is Samsung’s flagship experience store in the heart of Manhattan’s Meatpacking District where art, tech, fashion and culture collide. As part of its ongoing event programming to celebrate the local community and creators, Samsung is a proud participant of this New York City-wide festival, showcasing the richness and variety of the cultures of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain.
