Start summer on a high note this Memorial Day Weekend at The Seaport. Experience three days of action-filled happenings and free things to do including a 6-hour Tropical Dance party at Kokos at Pearl Alley, an outdoor Silent Disco at Tin Building, tons of incredible seafood bites for $15, iconic drinks and al fresco happy hour all day throughout the various restaurants and bars in the neighborhood along the historic cobblestone streets.
Hester Street Fair Outdoor Market: Discover hidden gems at the Hester Street Fair Outdoor Market, soak in the ambiance and (more!) live music throughout the neighborhood, quench your thirst at The Bar at Lawn Club or take to the water and sail the East River with the Seaport Museum and NY’s most iconic views. It’s ALL happening May 25-27.
Summer Bites & Drinks: May 25–27 | Various Locations | $10–$15. Oysters. Ceviche. Shrimp tacos and fish and chips. Savor the signature flavors of summer all Memorial Day weekend long, with delicious food and drinks from the Seaport’s best restaurants. The Fulton, Malibu Farm, Carne Mare, Tin Building by Jean-Georges, Lawn Club, and Kokos at Pearl Alley are all participating—along with local favorites like SUteishi, Cobble Fish, and Fresh Salt.
Kokos’ Tropical Dance Party, May 25 | 12pm–6pm | Kokos at Pearl Alley | Free: Take a trip to the tropics right here at Kokos at Pearl Alley. Dive into the festivities from 12 noon on Saturday with a live Tropical Steel Band performance, followed by a DJ set featuring tropical house starting at 2pm. From 4pm, the soundtrack switches to reggae and Afro Beats. RSVP now for free.

Tin Building’s Summer Nights Outdoor Silent Disco Party, May 26 | 10pm–12am | Outdoor Bar at Tin Building | $20 including headphone set: Get your groove on in the great outdoors at a Silent Disco outside Tin Building on Sunday. Sound Off will provide headphones and the DJ will set the tone with a crowd-pleasing mix of pop, hip-hop, and other tracks to match the evening’s vibes.
Memorial Day Outdoor Live Performances, May 27 | 12pm–4pm | Various Locations | Free: Pay tribute to our servicemen and women on Memorial Day Monday, and enjoy live music throughout the neighborhood. Catch a Brass Band as they make their way from the Outdoor Bar at Tin Building to Malibu Farm and on to Lawn Club.
