KCBC is thrilled to present another installment in our limited-run series of educational events showcasing our products and operations. Please join us Saturday, February 17th for an intimate and exclusive behind-the-scenes tasting event: OUT OF THE CELLAR: BARREL AGING – 2024.
Throughout the afternoon, our talented team will guide you through a diverse range of KCBC barrel-aged beers produced over the past 12 months—from stouts to saisons to sours and beyond!—pouring samples and providing tasting notes. We’ll also discuss our unique approach to barrel aging, touching on topics that include recipe development, wild yeast cultures, barrel sourcing, the use of adjuncts, packaging techniques, and more! This will be an open discussion during which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and inquire about the barrel aging operations at KCBC. Let’s learn together!
The event will last approximately 90 minutes. Light snacks will also be provided.
Tier 1 tickets will include the guided tasting of 4+ different barrel-aged beers and discussion, as well as an opportunity to purchase any KCBC beer to-go at a 10% discount.
Tier 2 tickets will include the guided tasting of 4+ different barrel-aged beers and discussion, your choice of any two (2) barrel-aged KCBC bottles to bring home, as well as an invitation to purchase additional KCBC beer to-go at a 10% discount.
Must be 21+ years of age to purchase tickets and attend. Space is extremely limited!
