
Open House: Lifelong Skills and Opportunity Center

The Greenwich House Lifelong Skills and Opportunity Center is openings its doors for 60+ older adults to explore the space, meet the staff, get more information about workforce opportunities and sign up for one of our many instructive classes.
At the Dec. 8 Open House, guests can also participate in the following workshops:
- Collecting Benefits While Working
- How to Save $$ on Healthcare
- Back to Work 101

More about the Lifelong Skills and Opportunity Center
As a one-stop-shop created to support older adults returning to the workforce, the Center offers professional development training, classes, workshops, and a fully equipped business center and computer lab at 27 Barrow Street. Professional training classes on topics like digital literacy; personalized resume and job search support; partnerships with employers who are eager to hire older adults and tap into their experience; and training and certification courses.
