Rittenhouse Sound Presents Sing Your Way Home,

A Concert Celebrating the Strength of the Human Spirit

Philadelphia, PA — Rittenhouse Sound, Philadelphia’s premier lower-voice a cappella chorus, invites you to Sing Your Way Home, a concert celebrating harmony, humanity, and belonging, on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 4:00 PM, Philadelphia Ethical Society, 1906 Rittenhouse Square.

We welcome media representatives for previews of the concert during our May 20th and May 27th evening rehearsals at the Philadelphia Ethical Society.  – Please contact James Lamb in advance –

Sing Your Way Home is a reflection on the resilience of the human spirit in an overwhelming world, where constant connection still leaves us feeling alone. This concert offers a moment of peace and reconnection—an invitation to breathe, reflect, and recall that home is found not in a place, but in the presence of love and community.

The diverse program includes soulful works like People Get Ready, barbershop-style arrangements of tunes like Blue Skies, classical choral works like The Road Home and Sing Your Way Home, funky arrangements of contemporary music like Stop This Train, and many more.

“I hope that our audience walks away from this concert feeling the warmth of their community, and that wherever they are on their journey, they feel secure knowing that they do not walk that journey alone,” says Artistic Director Erik Stenswold.  “Please join us in the heart of Philadelphia for a moving musical experience that promises to uplift, inspire, and bring our community together—one voice at a time.”

Tickets are $20. Children 12 and under are free.  Tickets may be purchased in advance at www.rittenhousesound.org. Seating is general admission; doors open at 3:30 PM.
