Sushi by Boū’s Exclusive Tuna Spectacle is Back!
Sushi by Boū is thrilled to announce the return of the infamous tuna carving on Saturday, August 30th from 12 to 3 p.m. at Sydney’s “Taylor” Made in Westhampton Beach (32 Mill Road, Westhampton). Kick off Labor Day weekend in the Hamptons with a one-of-a-kind culinary spectacle on the lawn and watch the chefs skillfully break down a 200-lb whole bluefin tuna, then savor fresh bites paired with flowing sake under the summer sun.
Experience the art and precision of a traditional tuna carving and indulge in ultra-fresh tuna prepared right in front of you. Premium sake will be available to enjoy in an open-house format. Tickets to attend this unforgettable show are limited and cost $145 per person which includes the live tuna carving, tasting of tuna bites and open-house sake bar, wine and beer. Due to such a successful season, Sushi by Boū will be extending their opening days past Labor Day, Thursdays through Sundays into the fall with hours of 5 to 11 p.m.
