Teen Meditation

February 23, 5 pm.

For tweens, teens, and young adults, join us for an evening of meditation! We will do simple breathing techniques and gentle seated stretching before listening to a guided meditation. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! 
Please bring a yoga mat and/or a pillow. (You can also join our Teen DIY class on February 15th to make your own meditation pillow).
