The Harlem Gymnastics Invitational

The Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation, who is committed to empowering underserved communities and aims to improve the physical and emotional health of urban youth in NYC by providing free gymnastics programs, will be hosting The Harlem Gymnastics Invitational, a 3-day competition for gymnasts across the country that includes events such as girls artistic rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline. Since 1996, WHGF has helped nearly 25,000 gymnasts in New York City and has since expanded to Detroit in 2016. Programs offered include competitive rhythmic, artistic, tumbling & trampoline gymnastics teams, as well as community and after-school gymnastic programs. The Harlem Gymnastics Invitational is free to the community.

This event allows WHGF gymnastic teams and students to compete and perform in their home gym. Don’t miss this opportunity to witness amazing gymnasts compete while supporting a great cause!
