Town Hall: Comprehensive Plan for Brooklyn Existing Conditions

The Office of the Brooklyn Borough President is undertaking a comprehensive planning effort for the borough focused on improving public health outcomes for Brooklynites and addressing decades of inequitable planning across Brooklyn’s neighborhoods by extending the responsibility of building new housing beyond the communities that have historically carried the work alone.

Brooklyn’s Comprehensive Plan is rooted in data and public engagement. The process is currently in its first stage of engagement, which includes your feedback on a robust existing conditions report that will be revised based on public input and then used as a guide in the following stages of this process.
